The main provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "Ordinance") came into force on 20 December 1996. This Statement sets out the obligations and policies of TOP GUN EXPRESS CENTRE (ASIA) LIMITED (the "Company") under the Ordinance.
