Only Hong Kong customers (“Customers”) with Monthly accounts are eligible for the programme. Each of the accounts held by the Customer is treated as one Account for the purpose of the programme.

One Bonus Point will be credited to the Account for every Hong Kong ten Dollar spent on the Express service (including Domestic Express service, Express Services in China, Express Services in Taiwan, Express Services in Macau, Express Services in Germany) during the programme period. Details of bonus point entitlement and redemption record will be specified in the monthly statement in respect of the Account.

Accumulated bonus points, as listed in the monthly statement of an Account, will be valid for redemption Before 31 March of every year. Unredeemed bonus points will be forfeited after 1 April of every year.

In the event that an Account is closed or terminated for any reason, bonus points earned will be forfeited at once.

Account must be in good standing in order to qualify for any redemption, Top Gun Express reserves final right on determination of this point.

Acceptance of redemption application is subject to the sufficiency of bonus point accumulated. A period of 4 weeks is needed for processing the redemption application.

Once an application of redemption is accepted, no cancellation, alternation or replacement can be made.

Under no circumstances can any of the gifts redeemed be exchanged for cash or used for other services of Top Gun Express.

Redemption letter or redeemed cash coupons / gift vouchers will only be sent to the registered address and attended to the registered contact person of Account.

Top Gun Express makes absolutely no warranty or implication on any of the gifts, including but not limited to its quality, terms and conditions attached, warranty, merchantability for the fitness and ownership of intellectual property right. Top Gun Express shall not responsible for any loss and/or damages caused to Customers arising from use of the Gift.

Bonus points earned will be forfeited at once, if the Customers fail to settle outstanding payment by due date in respect of the Account.

Top Gun Express reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Bonus Point Rewards Programme in this booklet at any time during the programme period without prior notice to customers. Such amendment will be published in monthly statement of Account and will be effective upon published.

In case of discrepancy between the English and the Chinese version of this document, the English version shall prevail. All matters and disputes related to redemption application will be subject to the final decision of Top Gun Express.
