Collection service comprises a ˇ§Pick-up Tripˇ¨ (pick up domestic waybill/shipment from the shipper and deliver to the assigned collection point) and a ˇ§Return Tripˇ¨ (return of collected shipment from the collection point to the shipper under same domestic waybill). The service charge is based on the location of collection point and the total shipment weight of ˇ§Pick-Up Tripˇ¨ and ˇ§Return Trips" incurred in the collection service.
 
  Inclusive Weight under 1kg per shipment, Excess Weight over 1kg addition charge HK$10 per kg (any fraction of a KG will be rounded up to the next KG)  
 
  If total weight of shipment is above 10kg, calculation of weight charge will be based on "Cargo Service Charge".  
 
  If weights of the shipments more than 5kg, please contact our customer service on or before the half working day, we need to make arrangements for the Cargo services.

For any urgent order, the Shipper shall send the [Urgent Order Form] by fax to Top Gun and call our Customer Service to confirm the urgent order. Upon delivery of the Goods, our Customer Service will notify you that the Goods have been delivered.
 
  In case the order is cancel after 10 minutes of confirmation of the order, we have charge the additional HK$ 30 per order.
